Uniform Guide
The Balgownie Public School uniform must be worn everyday. Here's our guide on what to wear, when:

1. Summer Uniform
Summer Uniform is worn in term 1 and 4. Girls may choose to wear either the dress, or polo top and culottes.
The uniform range includes:
- Short sleeve polo top - unisex
- Cargo shorts - boys
- Culotte shorts - girls
- White socks
- Black shoes (fully black, no logos/colours)
2. Winter Uniform
Winter Uniform is worn in term 2 and 3. Note: It is not mandatory to wear long sleeve tops or long pants - so you don't have fight that battle! Girls may choose to wear either the tunic, or top and pants.
The uniform range includes:
- Polar fleece jumper - unisex
- Long sleeve polo top - unisex
- Long cargo pants - boys
- Long bootleg pants - girls
- White tshirt or skivvy under the tunic - not sold through the uniform shop
- Black stockings or leggings under the tunic - not sold through the uniform shop
- White socks
- Black shoes (fully black, no logos/colours)
3. Sports Uniform
The Sports Uniform is worn once a week on your child's allocated sport day.
The unisex uniform includes:
- Zip up Jacket. Note - this jacket may be worn on non-sport days too.
- White socks
- Running shoes/joggers - any colour
4. Hat
Don't forget your hat! Hats are compulsory every day (even in Winter).
Not hat, no play. Hats often go missing - so buy a couple, and be sure to write your name inside!
