Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

All parents, carers and community members are warmly invited to attend:

The AGM is an opportunity to review the year, elect office bearers for 2026, and help shape priorities for the year ahead.

All financial members are invited to renew their membership, nominate for a role and vote at the AGM. New members are invited to join the P&C however eligibility for a role and to vote will take effect for the March General Meeting which will be held directly after the AGM.

Even if you don’t want to volunteer, coming along is a great way to stay informed and connected.

Positions open for nomination

All positions are declared vacant at the AGM and will be filled by nomination/vote:

Executive roles

  • President
  • Vice president x2
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

Subcommittee and coordinator roles

  • Uniform shop convenor and members
  • Fundraising convenor and members
  • Grounds and environment convenor and members
  • Social media coordinator
  • Grants coordinator
  • Website administrator

Nominate for a role

Financial P&C members are eligible to nominate for any of the positions noted.

Nominations may be accepted from the floor at the AGM or submitted prior to the meeting via the online AGM Self-Nomination Form. Pre-AGM nominations close Monday 9 March 2026.
